I've been busy for a couple days. Jesus H! I don't have the slightest idea who ChelciAnn is. The only person shouting at us that night was a large drunk man. I find it nearly impossible to understand what's being said by Chelci whoever except that he/she doesn't like me much. I do have a temporary, ex parte, no contact order in place with a court date for Monday.
For those who question our criminal records, keep in mind how common our names are. Registered nurses don't get to carry their credentials with any significant criminal past.
It was determined that the fire started on the outside of the well house. Seems legit..... Not.
How can I post a video to this thread?

If the cops are called out for DV they can make a temporary RO to protect you until the court is open. So I would say no. You will need to contact the cops.

We are proceeding with the appeal because we have filed a counterclaim for rent abatement and damages incurred due to LL's refusal to make repairs. We are moving out as soon as the final inspection is completed on the new place.

.so, why do you even need to go to court/trial at this point???
