I'm just going to play the devil's advocate here for a bit.
If some one told me that they felt like a 3 toed sloth, always thought they were an 3 toed sloth, and wanted to remove fingers and toes so they can look more like one. A part of me says, well you do whatever you feel like, just don't bother me about it, don't make me pretend you are one or make some concessions you are one.
The other part says well that's a dangerous idea to have parts of your body removed, and doesn't sound like a good thing to do.

I suspect that the video was a joke. If not then it's obviously wrong.
A "phobia" is "an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something." Like how the GOP on here have a phobia of Democrats... it's irrational.
But not wanting to date someone with the same genitalia as you is neither extreme nor irrational. No more than not wanting to date outside of your race would be xenophobic. No more than a woman not wanting to date a man with low income would be aporophobic.

I am sorry but I am not going to date a transwoman. I have no desire to date a man, no matter who he thinks he is. She/he can buy a cake from my business, or she/he can be a friend but no dating.
