IT WASN'T TAKEN UP AS A RULE UNTIL TWO YEARS AGO.
TRY AGAIN.

The 'no confirmation in a presidential election year' was started by JOE BIDEN. Try again.

If the shoes were reversed, Democrats would do the exact same thing. We are playing by your rules, now you don't like it.

Remember Harry Reid CHANGED the rule for the number of votes needed to confirm a judge.

You're assuming a Democrat will win the 2020 Presidential election.
You're assuming Democrats will gain control of the Senate.
The truth is there is no law or rule to stop the Senate from confirming President Trump's nomination for a Supreme Court justice up to and including their last day in office.

Show us the law saying that.
With a Republican controlled Senate, there is nothing Democrats can do to stop the confirmation process.

NO YOU DO THE MATH.
REMEMBER, YOU CANNOT NOMINATE A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE IN THE YEAR OF A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.
