Was thinking if I couldn't reach my feet to trim the nails and such. There is only so much anyone can do even if they want to. If the other person says no then you can't help.

I've seen some bad looking feet in home health. Many clients won't let you do anything other than a basic quick washing. Sounded like this man would have appreciated extra care. I am currently taking care of a man twice a week who will not let me wash his feet because the nurse comes twice week to change his bandages, and she does not wash his feet either. There needs to be better coordination and cooperation among the "health care team".
