I'll save you some money -
Most smart phones have GPS tracking you can download an app for not much and know where he is at as long as his phone is on.
If you think he is cheating than he probably is, so just assume that's the case.

Use a girlfriends car and follow him save your money check his cell phone check the computer.

Perhaps she wants the upper hand for settlement reasons. Its worth the money to get something concrete if so.

Why don't you just ask him straight up? You've been married to this person for awhile I assume. Don't you know when he's lying. Can't you read his body language?

I think my husband is cheating. Does anyone know of a private detective in Wilkes? Has to be one that does not affiliate with the Sheriff Dept. Any advice from someone that has been there would be greatly appreciated.
