WHY did the Police come to your house at 4:00 in the morning? There had to be a reason, and they did just decide to walk on in because your brother wouldn't give his name. Also, were you not given the opportunity to tell your side of the incident since you were here? You stated the Policeman gave his statement and it was not true. Why were you and your brother not able to give your statement to the Judge? There are a lot of missing links to this story. I don't see any Attorney taking this case.

Summer, I hope you know hiring a lawyer is going to cost you money. I doubt you will get a free court appointed attorney to sue the court. If you start acting like you have money they will quit furnishing you a free court appointed lawyer

How were you and your mothers involved? You said you were not charged, only a witness? But you don't like your name thrown around like some criminal? So you were there? You were a witness to the arrest?
Now the charges have been dropped and you come to GoWilkes looking for a lawyer? LOL

Your real good leo, it was a relative, since we were all together at 4 oclock in the morning, i flew in town to help take care of mother, who had just gotten out of the hospital, we were all in the bed, in our own little homeplaces, minding our own little business, but when asked, politely told officers, we did not hear or see nothing! That should have been the end of story,

What would your lawsuit be for if you weren't the one who was arrested? So it was you, your mom and a friend, I'm betting this friend is also a relative.

I know i cant sue for false arrest, but i was involve and was violated of my rights aswell as my mom, we are not going to let this go!, he got up on the stand and did not tell the truth, and i was involved, i dont like my named throw around like im some criminal, while i just came home to help my mom getting out of the hosiotal

Again, your friend my have a case but you definitely do not.

The officer, now of 9 years, that just have made a sergeant (which is scary as ****), was told by the attorney, that he proably thought he knew what he was doing, and told by the judge, you cant arrest someone without a reason, he eas charged with resisting an officer, he was ask by the officer, for his name, he then asked the deputy, why do you need my identity?, and hes saids, if you dont give it too me, your going to jail, so the defendant puts his hands behind his back, Now thats resisting an officer??? Even the judge commented on that!

From your rendition of the events I don't think you can sue anyone since you weren't the person charged or arrested, you have no tort claim.
