Under N.C. law when he told her to leave and she didn't, she was then trespassing, that's illegal. His Nazi flag is dumb but she actually violated the law.

I'm certainly not saying it isn't his right to fly whatever flag he likes but that doesn't mean his neighbors won't be pissed off. You're welcome to speak your mind but people are also free to react. It ain't illegal to knock on your neighbors door and tell them they're an ****.
