I wonder if Gofund me would remove the page if they knew the truth as to what happen. I can't help but notice his gofundme page doesn't say what happen only that he had a tragic incident. There's no mention that he was the aggressor in road rage and another person was force to defend themselves.

It appears as though those questioning others as how judgemental others are has already been judgemental . Perhaps calling the true victim a murderer...? Duplicitous at best. Could the “ murderer” not have called 911 due to the Blacks initial impact have knocked his phone out of reach? That would be a justifiable reason not to call, right?

Since this happened I have heard the lies about he shot them in the back and that they had no gun. Now that the truth is out that neither was not shot in the back and that the gun was found, you would think people would see it was self defense. Furthermore we now know these people were obviously were the aggressors not the victim. It is also sad that someone would try to raise money for two bullies that under estimated their victim. What if their victim had been an unarmed elderly man or teenager who just didn’t see the motorcycle in his blind spot? It is sad that this happened but the fact is that it would not have happened had these two individuals not made the choice to chase this person down.

I know the man that was forced to defend himself. He is an honest person and justice was served.

Geez seems like there were lots of witnesses to this crime. You all should have stepped in and helped. Either you ignored the situation or you weren't there and going complete on hearsay.

How could victim keep driving when the aggressors blocked him in? Justice was served swiftly!

Why not keep driving? Maybe he was low on gas. Maybe he thought they would just go on. Maybe he thought the whole thing could be resolved. Who knows.... but the bullies decided to escalate and this time they paid a heavy price for their choices ....in life.

Why should he have to go to Winston to avoid? im sure the dynamic duo was in for the long haul so im sure they would not have let up. the shooter was side swipped by jr. that in itself would make it difficult for me myself to ever get in a car. everyone could have gone home safe that day if billy and bobby badazz would have never taken it to the next level. i mean if almost cutting someone off warrants having a gun in your face, then look out because i have almost cut ppl off and i myself have been cut off
