File a complaint if you feel you have been treated badly...Go to their website and contact them. Easy to do...

if this store bothers you that much go else where they will not miss you....really....too many come in there to shop and really enjoy the experience.....

I was just getting ready to say last time I was in there, a nice young man checked me out.

There is a nice young man who works as a cashier there. He's the only one there worth a darn. I normally go to the one on 421. I'm shocked how these people are still there. Does anyone know a number you can call?? If so would it do any good?

Maybe that's why they don't like customers, we interfere with their fun drinking, sticky handed shift. Hope this store gets looked into.

My best friends daughter filled in for someone there a few wks ago & said that she would quit if she had to go back. She was there 4 days & said that 1 manager sat in the office drinking canned bear most of the shift & was threatened when the manager found out. She also took pics on her cell of this manager dumping her own personal trash from home in the dumpster & loading items in her car by the load that were not paid for. She was told that she could take home anything she wanted especially the clearance/marked down items. So she returned to tge store she has worked at for over 2yrs & informed her manager of what had happened so they maybe infestigating the MC DOLLAR GENERAL. I saw the pics & video & believe her.

I like the Dollar General on 115. Never once was the cashiers rude to me. Besides the one in Millers Creek would really be out of my way.

Or when your patiently waiting to check out and they just look at you, continuing their conversations or whatever their doing and then a line forms behind you and finally you get some assistants, happened on more than one occasion.

Leave the grouchy people alone. I go in there to shop and not socialize with grouchy people anyway. When they treat me like crap it makes it easier to say no to their donation box that they push on you about every time. I do believe that there would be a big attitude change in the group if the right people were notified about it.

I always shop at that location just because it's close to my home but most of the empoyees do act a little off to me. One of my biggest complaints would be how they carry on a conversation with each other half way across the store while you're trying to check out.

Does anyone else get tired of then asking if you want to donate your change for the literacy program? Don't get me wrong, I do not mind to donate and use to give my change every time till I saw them open it up and get money out when they were out of certain change in their drawer.

I dislike this store too, there all rude, except for one of the younger girls she's nice. I know which one your talking about and ive always been nice to cashiers, its hard working with the public but no matter how nice you are, no response. The manager is the same way, a bitter bunch.

I've saw her be really rude to some customers and then on other days she can be really friendly. She has worked there for a really long time.
