I t is a job,it is their job,so I expect to be treated as a paying customer and get at least a "hello,how are you today" ...not much to ask for.and a Thank you would'nt kill them either..just sayin'

What do you expect at the Dollar Genital?

I've been in that particular store...they are by far the rudest bunch of individuals I've ever been waited on by....no custimer service awards in that place at all !

I'm beginning to really feel bad for these folks that work at Dollar General in Millers Creek...geesh, if I had to wait on you folks...I'd be in a really bad mood too

I shop there and in the old store...never had a problem with anyone!

interesting from what I am have been told by the Manager no one approached her about this....as I said something is not coming together....if you did tell the Manager what is the Managers name?...a form has been posted fill it out if your concerns were not handle as you feel it should have....all I am saying is the Receipt that one gets has a phone humber and there is a website you can go too...telling everyone on here does not get what you feel should be done....when you do fill out the form make a copy of it on your printer and keep it for future inquiries from the Company...by the way I know three of the upper Managers and I will ask them ....will wait to hear what transpires....

grandpa, it's not just a "stupid accusation". My family member did not fill out a complaint form but she DID tell the manager the next time she was able to find the manager there. Nothing has changed at that particular store so we just don't shop there anymore.

Wagonwheel learn to spell....those women not woman...hags you seem to be the only one who holds that view....do the Manager a favor show up and tell her to her face....I almost can say you will not....that makes you a rumor monger if not an outright liar....which in any case no one will ever take your postings with a grain of salt....

pdtw ask the family member to go to the Manager and point out which employee did take funds and give a time and date this happened....once again spreading stupid accusations without proof can get your family member into trouble....but I am sure this person will not show up and follow through....so its another stupid posting....shame on you for posting this unless you and the family member show up to follow though...if not no one will ever believe your posting in the future....credibility is most important...

Learn their job titles. There is only ONE manager the others are called Key Holders, they open and close the store and are in charge when the manager is not there. The manager has short red hair and one of the key holders does too and unless you witnessed the "Bear Drinking" and the stealing that is mentioned on here then you should not be spreading it.

About employees asking customers to donate all the time. A family member saw an employee take money for snacks for her break out of the donation jar. That did it. No more donations for them to stick in their pockets. It is the worst run store with the worst employees. I just do not go there anymore.

I live in Millers Creek and am not ashamed to say so. What community do you live in?

If they were, they would not stand out. I can think of a couple of sections in the county where they would not be noticed. But it definitely is not Millers Creek.

People that work there must be a reflection of the community they live in.

I don't doubt what they say one bit.
