I read the article and still don't see the need for a lock down but then I think that lock downs are stupid in the first place

Parents/guardians and community members: EWHS did go on a level 2 lockdown today because of a disturbance. Level 2 lockdown means that students and teacher are able to keep on teaching and learning, but our doors are locked. The lockdown was lifted and NO students or staff were ever in any danger. We take the safety, well-being and educational environment of EWHS very seriously and will always do our utmost to secure a safe environment for our school. Please help us maintain order and safety by not spreading inaccurate information. Additionally, if you have a student at EWHS and did not receive our 2 phone calls about our lockdown, please contact us to update your demographic information immediately.
