Also I'm not sure that is a holster I see an indication in some frames that something is there. But I think concluding its a holster is jumping the gun a bit unless you can get a clear image of it somewhere.

Frankly even with the videos a lot of things are not adding up here. For example for the past few days the statement has been officers saw a gun which is why they even engaged in the first place.
Then today with these videos come out literally right before they say oh it was a gun and drugs. I find that statement a little suspect in and of itself especially if people are right and the holster is on his leg. Do these cops have x ray vision?

From the looks of it, their body cams suck. They need to upgrade to the glasses mounted cam so it sees where the officer is looking

So if anyone has a still frame showing Mr. Scott holding the pistol upload it imgur like OC did and let's have a look. I have frame by framed both videos and I can't see the pistol. I see the holster on his right leg.

If he had a gun or not, his hands was down by his side when he was shot. He had not made any threaten move and was moving away from the cop who shot him. The cop was eager to shoot. To eager.

What drives me crazy is there is some noise that glitches right where his left hand is in this frame. Plus it's the only frame that I could find of his left hand

The hand doesn't look right to be holding a gun. But still, low quality resolution and frame rate recording converted to a YouTube video. You can't make out anything definitive.

I would almost say he most definitely has something in his left hand because the fender blackness & the blackness around his hand doesn't seem to line up IMO. I can't say for certain what is he's holding though.
