Livermush!

The trick is to cut each slice about 1/3rd of an inch thick, and throw it into a greased pan that is HOT. It gives a nice crunch to the outside, while the inside gets nice and hot and softens a bit. If you use miracle whip instead of mayo - thats good enough for me to punch a ***** in the neck if she wouldn't share and I see it laying there.

Those toxins sure are tasty!

I went to Foothills in Jonesville Saturday and bought some livermush. We had sandwiches, fried crisp livermush with cheese, slaw, onions, mustard and mayo. Yummy.

Liver Pudding for me

How can you eat an organ that cleanses the body of toxins?

I prefer liver mush. There's something about the " pudding " part... turns me off...lol

Liver Pudding here. Fried, cheap sliced cheese on top to melt, and mayo on the bottom of the bread..
