both ideas are damaging to society hangs.....that's why i changed the subject to address your post because they are separate problems but stiil interrelated....
If an irresponsible woman gets knocked up, she has 2 options.....get married to the state and live for free....or if she doesn't wanna ruin her beach body with pregnancy, it's ok....they'll gladly just kill the baby for her....how convenient for the ladies. Thanks liberals!!!

The Supreme Court probably won’t hear these desperate attempts to regulate a woman’s body. A lower court will strike down the law, and the Court (and Roberts) will let that stand.

no it's not BS.....it's a disastrous plan that was started by LBJ's Model Cities plan as part of his "great society"
It got the black community hooked on welfare....it incentivized the removal of the fathers from the homes by offering more welfare to single women as opposed to ones that were married. ....., and now it includes poor people of ALL races.
I literally know women that keep getting knocked up intentionally every few years because they know if they keep having children without being married, they get HUD, foodstamps, and free health care.
And their fatherless heathens now run amok in society while they just get knocked up again so they can stay married to the state.

Alabama and these other states are wasted their time and money and only passing or attempting to pass these laws to pander to the weak.
There is no way they'll get pass the Supreme Court, heck they'll have a hard time in their own state court system.
We should ask them under oath if they've ever been the cause of an abortion. I bet at least a 1/4 would have to say yes.

My 3 strike solution for crime would solve of lot of problems as far as criminal activity is concerned. I also highly recommend we bring back public hangings for the sole means of execution. Furthermore, I firmly believe general prison population should be on work detail 5 days a week, no compensation, no sentence reduction. Prison would be just that PRISON. There's no real deterrent for crime any more.
