The is not a racist thread.
Recent history demonstrates that when a black person dies at the hands of a policeman, the black community expects a conviction. When the (usually white) policeman is exonerated the black community gets upset and starts breaking things. It wasn't beyond the realm of possibility that this might happen in Baltimore. Maybe in this case they had opportunity to review the pertinent facts and decided that nothing needed to be broken.
Besides, I doubt that any of the good folk of Baltimore read GW.

Committing a crime and police brutality are two different things.
You know what I mean.
Crime, committed by any individual, is definitely a problem, too, but we shouldn't ignore the obvious problem of police brutality.

I've seen enough cases of police brutality to know its a sincere and unresolved problem, particularly as it pertains to miniorities, yes.
Now don't get me wrong. I don't think a majority of LEOs are responsible. I sincerely don't. But it's obviously a major problem, and we continue, as a society, to deal with the negative repercussions.
