Trump: Top Clinton advisors "were pressing" birther movement stories "very hard."

Trump invoked Clinton advisor Sidney Blumenthal and 2008 campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle as evidence.

A reporter has claimed Blumenthal pushed the birther story to him in the heat of the Democratic primary that year. But Blumenthal denies it, and the reporter acknowledged he has nothing in writing. Doyle suggested on CNN that the campaign fired a volunteer for forwarding an email that promoted the "conspiracy" but later clarified that the conspiracy was about Obama's religion, not birthplace.

We rated Trump's claim False.

Clinton: "Independent experts have looked at what I've proposed and looked at what Donald's proposed, and basically they've said this, that if his tax plan, which would blow up the debt by over $5 trillion."

According to the free-market oriented Tax Foundation, Trump's revised tax plan would reduce federal revenue between $4.4 trillion and $5.9 trillion on a static basis or $2.6 trillion to $3.9 trillion. The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget estimated that Trump's plan would add $5.3 trillion.

Clinton's claim is True.

What did Republicans think about Trump admitting to rooting for the housing crisis so he could make money off other people's loses?

Oh TNT, please explain Law of the Land.

The judge rightfully said the law as was writing in NYC was unconstitutional because it targeted certain races. That is a fact and the NYC mayor decided not to appeal, they knew what the judge said was correct.

There are recordings of NYC officers stopping innocent people on the streets and frisky with no reason at all.

And no matter how many times you display your will ignorance of the FACTS, NY's stop and frisk was deemed UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!

Holt interrupted Trump 41 times, Clinton 7.

Lester Holt's prejudice was very clear. Under all this stress I thought Donald Trump did a great job. Thank you Donald Trump!

No matter how many times you say it - stopping and searching someone just because of how they look is UNCONSTITIONAL let along racist, but I'll leave that out for now.

What is being done, is frisking with CAUSE. Big difference than stop and frisk.

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. Rudy Giuliani said Lester Holt should be ashamed of the way he moderated the first presidential debate.

(Photo: Rob Kim/Getty Images)

When asked by The Daily Caller Monday night if Holt treated Donald Trump fairly, the former mayor of New York said he acted "extremely unfairly."

"Particular in his interference with regard to the unconstitutionality of a case called Terry v. Ohio," Giuliani told this reporter. "I forgive Hillary Clinton for not understanding that stop-and-frisk was not held unconstitutional only unconstitutional as applied by Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly."

"I happen to disagree with that," he said. "I was out of office 12 years when it was held unconstitutional. It was never held unconstitutional when I was mayor."

"Stop-and-frisk is being done tonight all over America," Giuliani continued.

"It is perfectly constitutional. It is still good law. It is still constitutional law. And Lester Holt should be ashamed of himself for interfering. He doesn't know the law. I know she [Clinton] doesn't know the law because she failed the bar exam, but he should stop pretending he's a lawyer."

Holt interrupted Trump 41 times, Clinton 7

Moderator Lester Holt was much harsher on Republican nominee Donald Trump than he was on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton during the debate Monday evening.

Holt interrupted Trump a record 41 times, either to "fact-check" the Republican nominee, or to ask a follow-up question. Clinton was only interrupted seven times during the course of the 90-minute debate.

Isn't this what was to be expected? The tard media (especially NBC & MSNBC) doesn't even attempt to mask their bias. The question is why? Why for this lying, corrupt, incompetent Hillary Clinton?

You're an idiot.
Period.

You'll surely be hearing more about how wrong you are. And how wrong all the headlines you're taking as gospel, are.

Giuliani was especially piqued by Holt's claim that "stop and frisk was ruled unconstitutional in New York." "No, you're wrong. It went before a judge who was a very-against-police judge," Trump responded. "It was taken away from her and our mayor, our new mayor, refused to go forward with the case. They would have won an appeal."

"Stop and frisk is completely constitutional and the American people have been given the false impression that it isn't," Giuliani said.

A federal district court judge ruled in 2013 that New York City's stop-and-frisk policy violated the Constitution. Mayor Bill de Blasio, who ran on a platform opposing stop-and-frisk, ended the policy soon after taking office.

TNT, read the 4th amendment. Here I'll help you.

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides, "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

When you stop someone who "looks" suspicious and search them for no other reason than how they look, it is wrong. I don't care what Trump's thumpers are saying. Pay attention to what the judge and ever constitutional lawyer and expert states.

Yes, I'm liberal and proud. If you think you are insulting me, you are not.

Trump is wrong: Stop and frisk' was ruled unconstitutional
By ISAAC ARNSDORF 09/26/16 10:04 PM EDT
"Stop and frisk' was ruled unconstitutional in New York, because it largely singled out black and hispanic young men" Lester Holt
"No, you're wrong. It went before a judge who was a very against police judge. It was taken away from her and our mayor, our new mayor, refused to go forward with the case. They would have won an appeal." Donald Trump
On August 12, 2013, U.S. District Court Judge Shira A. Scheindlin ruled the controversial police tactic unconstitutional. The Bloomberg administration appealed, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals suspended the order and sent it back to be tried under a new judge. But the court denied the city's motion to vacate Schneidlin's decision. Eventually, the de Blasio administration dropped the appeal.

Look Hangs you idiot. Rudy Guilania, a lawyer, and former prosecutor, and former Mayor of New York City, was just on TV reading the law, how it was ruled by that judge, and why.

He is furious with Holt, and read the law as it stands at this very minute, stating.,, "IT IS THE LAW OF THE LAND'.

But, you're just a liberal.
