I would look online at the Wilkes GIS site for land around the location to see what it sold for. You can also get a real estate agent to give you an estimate of the value too. If it is a valuable piece of property, it might pay to get a land appraiser to give you an appraisal. It is really just based on what someone will pay, and location, location, and location.

I think land is always selling.
