We done research and unless she can't perform her duties(which she can) then they cannot make her go out on maternity leave. She is planning to work up until her 8th month which will be in October. She is doing a good job and has had no complaints from management or other employees..I will say the girl is give out when she gets home but I got to give her props for hanging in there for her little family's sake. Her husband also works and between the two and the little bit of help from us they are doing good..I just don't want to see her walked all over.

Research Walmart's treatment of pregnant women. Tough situation because nowhere else is going to hire her, that far along in her pregnancy.

Yes they can. It is a major legal and accident liability if her water were to break and this gay guy tripped in it.

To say you have to go out of work when your months pregnant if your Dr. Did not write you out? My dtr in law works at walmart and is not due till November and they told her she has 2 go out in 2 weeks. Can they do that?
