Where it goes wrong? The cop shouldve got off his neck. Cuffed and into the back seat. 60 seco ds was plenty. After that was excessive force.

Reminds me of those execution photos from the big war, the ones where everyone kneeled in front of a pit just before they were shot in the head. They did nothing wrong, but complied.

With all said and done,Remember, "DO NOT RESIST" an Officer regardless of have done Nothing wrong or have violated many laws. I guess "COMPLY" would be a key word.....
