We do have a Home Depot in Wilkes. It's called homedepot.com. I love Lowe's and do most of my shopping there. I do price compare with other stores like Home Depot. Sometimes I do buy things online at Home Depot when I find what I want cheaper there.

The county will never let a Home Depot locate in Wilkes. They won't even let business locate in Wilkes that would raise the wages Lowes has to pay. Tysons and Lowes owns Wilkes and our fearless government leaders are in their pockets.
Lmao springy and his conspiracy bs.....in my opinion it would be nice to have a Home Depot here they do carry certain tools Lowe's don't but in the grand scheme of things they both are about the same. We have a Blevins here and they do good here in Wilkes so let's put a Home Depot in and while we're at it lets get another electrical supply store here western Carolina electric needs competition.

I think that Lowes stores near HD are better than Lowes Stores in isolation.
