It is not required to disclose that a house is haunted. Not my rules, that is the law. Not sure why, but it is. I guess because it is so hard to prove? Anyway, good luck to you.

I don't have to prove there are no ghosts, you're the one that has to prove there are. For someone to claim the unlogical is true you must be the bearer of proof.

Look into the history of your home. Find out what unfinished or unresolved conflicts the person, or persons had that may have died in that house. Did they die a violent death? Lose a child? Commit suicide? It may help explain why you are seeing apparitions. Hope this helps.

When you buy a home, the seller is supposed to disclose this...
Naturally, the landlord wouldn't, but I wonder if he is obligated to tell you?

johny_bost1987 Did you wife by chance used to work for Murphy's? There was a lady who worked there once that rented a house that claimed the house they were renting had ghost. I wonder if that had anything to do with them moving in the middle of the night claiming they had ghost. Did they pay their rent? NO. Did they finish their rent contract with the landlord? NO

the one that lived with me would sound like a muffled radio news show, the land lord asked me if it happend to ne in there and i said yes and i didnt tell my ex wife about it but a few weeks later she told be she thinks she is going crazy and told me about it

Believe it or not, there's several organizations in the area that investigate this sort of thing. There's a professor at ASU in Boone that does, but I don't recall his name. I can find it if you think you need him.
