The thing about Thomas is that no one knows how many victims there are. He stole from the church. No one knows how much money that was. When he went to court the first time with about 15 people taking out warrants on him, there were dozens did not take legal action. He went to another church, borrowed money from someone. Then did not pay it back. No charges there. I bet i know at least 10 people that did not charge him. I bet he does not even know how many people he has stolen from.

Thomas is not the only person that has scammed the elderly and if he scammed a stranger then dont you think that he could ahve scammed his own parents. I have kin that the elderly parents have been scammed by their child, the child borrowed money against the property, paying insurance premiums with their personal credit card and then reimbursing their credit card with more than the premiums and the list goes own. At least Thomas is in jail. That is more than I can say for this person, they are under investigation and hopefully this person will have to pay the piper soon because the way I understand it, it is not just local authorities that are working on the case.

Thomas will never get what he truly deserves! He scammed my 87 year old great uncle and he passed away before it went to court so it was dismissed! I think it should have been tied into another case but our court system is screwed. Thomas scams old people because he knows that they are less likely to press charges. Teresa is a college educated idiot! She is just along for the ride and spends the money. I don't know anyone who has 5 children and no job. I know our government is footing the bill for them, heck they had food stamps back in 2009! So that's 6+ years of living off government funds. Heck I guess if you have a free ride then why work

I can understand your bitterness. That's an awful story. Sorry your mom had her faith in helping people destroyed by Thomas. Just goes to show the depths some people will go and still try to deny it publicly.

He stole 3 months of her Social Security check - roughly $1100 - withdrew $200 from her bank account (bank surveillance shows him using her card ) Filled up his car and Teresa's car full of gas 3 or 4 time with moms debit card without her permission while she was in the hospital - had her power disconnected, had her cable disconnected , and eventually she was evicted from her apartment and also opened a check from The Volunteer Organization she "got paid " 2.15 an hour to "foster grandparent" needy kids and cashed it --- so I think we would be happy with $5,000 - but since you can't get water out of a rock I am happy for him to stay behind bars and to NEVER be ever to do this again to another na�ve person again . He is the epitome of sadness- I am bitter - but I have to let it go because it is not helping me - My mom is finally out of that **** hole - and YES it was reported to the Wilkes County Sheriff and I had 2 of the top detectives working on it - As of this day nothing has been done - He lawyered up and I had words with his attorney - who also represented my mother in other legal transactions and poor Thomas had to find other representation - WHY and HOW does he sleep at night ?????? What an example he is setting for his children - It is a good thing that I am not his final judge

I believe he was arrested again and has some more charges. He has to appear in Superior Court Sept. 8 on many felonies.

I have heard things about this man outside GW but I do not know him personally. I know of him and been in the same store that's it. In the end he will get out of this mess. People like him seem to find a way out. A man that lives a couple miles from me pulled some of the same crap with his construction business. He ripped people off insurance fraud forging inspections to collect payments then bailing when the final inspection was due for power to be turned on. He even burned his house down to collect on his home owners. He ignored court orders to refrain from working on homes because he was not licensed when he claimed he was. He pulled this junk for IDK how many years just to still be in business. One of my friends was a victims. If this man can get away with what he done then this door man will to.
