Biden Administration Announces Anti-Oil Restrictions on 13 Million Acres of Alaskan Petroleum Land
The Biden administration has announced restrictions on oil and gas leasing on more than 13 million acres of an Alaskan petroleum reserve to conserve land valuable to the "Alaska Native people" and "important fish and wildlife," as Republican lawmakers protest the "illegal" move.

Hey Metal, back in the day I used to pay and extra dime a gallon for 260 Sunoco. The 65 GTO I put it in got 8 miles to the gallon. (400 Judge engine with 850 dual line Holley & 3:55 gears. Still, my 396 Chevy would drag it faster than it would run

Why would anyone pay almost a $1 more per gallon for premium gasoline when study after study have shown it's a waste of money. And why would you buy a car that recommends premium?
I once took a Z-28 engine to a shop that specialized in high performance engine rebuilds. The guy told me he could build the engine just as strong with it using regular gas. And as far as I could tell he was right.

Oil and gas are pretty much unchanged from yesterday's prices now that it is apparent that neither country wants a real fight at this time.
