If you are an employee of Samaritan's Purse, you are "required" to join in prayer before starting work. How does that fit in with perception of freedom of speech? And the prayer is Christian so you also have the conflict of freedom of religion.

But to the point, the First Amendment says...
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
"Free speech" only applies to the government restricting you, not business. Since Yahoo isn't owned by the government, they can remove or block whatever they want.

Ive had three rejections just for commenting "your funny". just those two words. free speech yeah right so long as no one is offended by it thats not free that being petty
