I understand that she shot him in the back, so he technically wasn't posing any threat at THAT particular moment, but the dude was a threat, period. There seems to be enough evidence with the past behavior that's documented by his arrests and restraining orders, that if I sat on a jury, I could easily find her not guilty. In fact, I think the prosecution would be hard pressed to find a jury that would convict her.
I don't understand why she's being held without bail. I doubt she's much of a flight risk, with four children. It's hard enough to pack up four kids and take them to the Food Lion, let alone go on the run with them!

If, not then this guy has clearly gotten what he wanted, even if it did take him out along with it.
He's ruined already for life 4 children and a mother...they'll never fully recover from this.

Obviously over a period of time, there were issue's that led her to this point.

So some people think it's ok to go to see the person who has a restraining order against them! Its ok to yell and argue! No no no that is verbal abuse along with breaking restraining orders! He should've never kidnapped her much less her kids too! He's busted all her doors down raising **** terrifying her children! She is my cousin and I know she's done everything to try keeping that crazy psychopath away from her home but nothing mattered! Sometimes verbal abuse is worse than physical abuse even though both was happening to her and her children! But she didn't have any marks on her.....please! Her and her kids have scars for life because of that POS! If you see the picture of the house you can see door boarded up.....thats just one he busted down! Bet if her daddy was still alive none of it would've happened! All single mothers needs a gun for safety! Crazy people in this world today!!!

He had kidnapped this woman, assaulted her and placed her and her children in danger then came to her home while disobeying a restraining order and started trouble. Who, in her place, wouldn't have shot him?
