The only way I can see stealing dent corn being profitable is if you could steal a Ryder truck already full of gas and haul it in that. You're welcome sparking water. Sometimes converting bushels to cubic feet is the best way to deter a thief.

You know, the Corn in the Hole gang could do well with a fleet of '76 Vegas. Regular runs between Charlotte and Wilkesboro ... Wonder what kind of paint job would be appropriate.

8 quarts in a peck, 4 pecks in a bushel , 2.5 bushels in a barrel. I'm still figuring but I believe I can get about $4 worth in my western flyer. I just don't know if my moped will pull it up 10th street.
