That really sounds great, Albert  I love brown gravy, too, but don't do it too often.

Steel cut oatmeal, with a variety of fruits. It has a good blend of protein, complex carbs, and fiber.

What's your absolute favorite breakfast?
Mine is an open faced bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and smoked salmon. Some people add onions and/or capers, but I'm not a fan of those; they're pretty, I guess, but I don't think they overwhelm the flavor of the smoked salmon.
