I bought one and used it for nearly a month and it does not heat like it is supposed to.It did not heat my whole house.I would not have another even if it was give to me.
I Know it is easy to get took in buy those fancy adds but it should be quite obvious to anyone that any type of electric heat will run your bill up. Especially if the hearter is being used for primary heat source.
Don't waste your money. I use a $40.00 space heater that I bought at Lowes to heat an unheated glassed in porch. My electric bill in the cold months has not gone up more than $20.00. I do not run it all the time, just when I bring the critters in but lately that has been quite often and last month I ran it almost everyday and saw an increase of about $12.00.
I just placed the order an hour ago....and the e-mail I received as confirmation says that any canceled order is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, no exceptions. Yikes....guess I've been had - but the guy with Associated told me it was a great heater...sigh.
