It's actually well known that he's been snorting Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) for more than 20 years. Numerous people from the Apprentice crew have talked about seeing him do it, and it's believed to be the reason for his bowel incontinence.
Considering Hunter's history with drugs, it would be highly unlikely that Joe Biden would do anything like that.
Trump pretty much always accuses his opponent of what he's actually doing, so that when they say it about him it looks retaliatory. And by making silly accusations like that, he puts the other guy on the defensive and controls the issue. It's a manipulation tactic... and his followers eat it up, every time.

So, Trump is going to debate Sleepy Joe providing Joe has a drug test and it's OK if the results of the test are not made public? And the sponsors of the debate are going to agree with it? Would it not make more sense if they were both tested and the results of both made public? But then Trump wouldn't want that. You know jackie if I thought you were smart enough, I'd say you were already laying the grounds for Trump to back out. Nah! Trump couldn't win a debate against an Oran Utang even though they're both the same color and make the same facial expressions. All he's capable of doing is shouting and gesticulating at a crowd of deranged MAGATS.

Got ya babbling jackie boy! Trump suggested the test, so why would he not want to have the results of both of 'em to be published? Right now, Trump's advisors are looking for a way to get him out of it. Ever notice how frequently Trump's hand goes to his nose at his rabble rousing mob fests?
