I know you can't see what is going on on this side of the cross, I will give you a little hint, everyone who has followed Christ Jesus through his Death, Burial, And Resurrection after the cross has Eternal Life now. You are just standing there not knowing what to do and trying to make up something that sounds reasonable. It is you that is dead in your sins and will face the second death because you refuse salvation by being washed in the Blood of the Lamb of God.

John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It Is Finished and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
That is all I need!! It is enough to give me Eternal Life

Moses was sent to deliver the Children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, a land of terrible bondage to God's Children.
Jesus the Christ was sent to lead the Children of God out of the terrible bondage of this world.
