Probably not only one and not in the time of Covid, but have you considered medical tourism? You can have really high quality work done and they throw in an awesome vacation as well for what you would pay in the US.

Implants are between $2500-3000 per tooth

Knew someone that had one, it was expensive, he paid around 3,000 for one. Think he had problems or something. Keeping you teeth is expensive, I really don't know if it's worth it. Dentures might be the answer.
