Needs seat belts and completion of quarter panel paint. Air bags did not deploy.

keep US posted...as for small claims...it'll be hard to prove anything...he could always claim he is waiting on parts

if it is a subaru, see if there is an open airbag recall...ask dmv enforcement if it is legal for a dealer to sell the car without fixing it...

I did not make the purchase. But purchaser wants my help to resolve. It was a local vehicle, and was in the shop for hitting a deer, front quarter panel. Money paid, no car. Only promises and stalling.

Not me, but someone close, bought a car from this so-called business for a Christmas gift for her grand daughter and is still trying to get it. He has yet to complete work that he said would take 2 weeks. Anyone else had any dealings with this as.hat. Now he is not returning calls. Thanks in advance.
