A convoy of supplies water, food, medical supplies etc were sent too Aleppo earlier in week. But anyone with an iota of a brain, whether it been UN or just joint effort of whomever to get supplies to region knowingly knew it would never arrive. It was blown too bits. An air drop would be the only way to bring relief, & it would only serve probably 20 out of fifty if that many. Yet, it would be that much help.
