Can you guys give me an idea of how many people are usually in there at the same time? I had no way of tracking the old system so I have no clue.
Free chat that you have to pay for? No thanks. Nothing in life is free, someone has to pay! LOL Take GoWilkes in general, for example... for you it's free, but I spend over $1,000 /month on bandwidth, pay for servers, software, domains, marketing, etc.
The challenge I have with the chat room is that Google doesn't allow their ads to be on chat rooms, so I haven't found a way to monetize it. It's an expense with no way to profit on it, so I don't want to pay for 100 spots (for example) if there are a maximum of 10 concurrent users.

OK, chat room users, a new version is live now! Sorry for the inconvenience!!
The company that we were leasing from abruptly went out of business (thanks for the heads up ), so I'm giving a new company a test run. It seems to have new features that I think you'll all like. But of course, as with anything new, there could be bugs.
So please use this thread to comment on any feedback of the program itself, positive or negative.
For now, I only have it set to allow 5 users at once. If it works out well then I'll upgrade to allow 15 users... the old system allowed up to 500, but this one is more expensive so I'll need to see how the demand goes.
