Who would cancel it? It's just something everyone agrees to do, it's not managed by anyone.

If anyone tried to promote a different night, most people would just go both nights.

Just curious will trick or treat be cancelled tonight if it continues to rain...if so when will it be rescheduled for? Or does anyone know a place to call and see if it's cancelled like the sheriffs station or something?
