I thought that Wilkes communications got out of offering tv service?

Is Spectrum the only one in the area that offers broadband internet tv? I've heard Wilkes Telecommunications might offer fiber service in some areas. Sick of paying $232 a month but guessing it's the only option. I need 300 mb but can't use T Mobile due to my job requirements.
