That's surprising, considering that the new construction market crashed during the Bush Jr administration and grew back during the Obama administration. And new construction has been down since 2016:

I am definitely not, and I don't know anyone that is. My office has seen a sharp increase in the number of people seeking financial help.
From a nationwide statistic, wages have increased slower than inflation, so the majority are making less than they were in 2016.
Student loans are up, and labor force participation is down.
Literally the only people doing better financially are the ones that own stock in the Dow Jones. And anyone with common sense can see that the DJ growth began in 2009, so crediting that to Trump is a joke.

Just looking at raw data - economic data such as consumer confidence, business investment, GDP and unemployment - Yes, we are headed in the right direction after a LONG 8 years of stagnation.
