Umpire- I actually am not a former employee of Bojangles or any other fast food industry for that matter. I am just a dissatisfied customer who can't get the service I deserve at the Bojangles in Millers Creek. If owner, JC Faw cared about the quality of the businesses he was running instead of the money then there would be no need for my posts because the sanitation rating would be higher, the service would be outstanding, and the workers would have a clean appearances and actually do their jobs correctly!!!

I eat there sometimes when I am in the area, always good service and place is always clean.

nope i went through the drive up window twice after they first opened(within 3 months),
it wasn't good either time .so i have had no reason to go back .. well that and i seldom go to millers creek

I have never been to a more disgusting, disrespectful, slower Bojangles in my LIFE! Every time I go to this Bojangles the workers never cease to amaze me. They never seem to get my order correct, nor do they give me the condiments I ask for. I seriously wonder what goes on in their heads when they hear an order being placed such as "a jelly biscuit and a unsweetened tea." Would they not automatically think, "Oh this person needs a spoon/knife for their jelly, a straw for their tea, Splenda for their unsweet tea, and maybe I should throw in a napkin heaven forbid they need to wipe their mouth!!!!" I mean seriously... since when did you need a college degree to have such educated thoughts when working in the fast food industry. Also, I wonder if the workers have a mirrors in their homes... I have never seen so much acne in my life... come on girls a compact is not that expensive to buy, cover up your bumps and make your self presentable for your job. What I'm trying to say is that there are some fugly hoes up in that joint. Sorry for the rant it just seems like every time I go in this place it keeps getting worse, and their inspection grade is showing their nasty service. Lately I have been driving over to the Bojangles on 2nd street because they are always clean and get my food correct! Does anyone else have problems with the Bojangles in Millers Creek?
