In closing arguments, Schiff said there was a QPQ because Sondland told Ukrainian officials that there was one. If that's the case against Trump then this is over. Sondland did that on his own accord because when he spoke to Trump about it he was told that there is not a QPQ by Trump himself. So why did Sondland take it upon hisself to lie? Exactly, I don't know either.
