Are you on a beta blocker that you take at night for your blood pressure? If you're getting up in the middle of the night, the beta blocker has your heart rate slowed, you get up...feel dizzy from low pressure and Bam!, you're out.

If you are on BP Meds. Do not stand up to fast or be near something to steady yourself if need be. Probably need to see the Dr.soon.

Woke up in the middle of the night, walked to fridge to get a drink and felt very dizzy all of a sudden, broke out in a cold sweat, some back pain, and blacked out. Fell and hit my arm and wrist on the tv. stand which was a few steps from the fridge and came to in about a min.....Not sure what this could be...pretty healthy for a 44 year old...except taking 20 mg. blood pressure med. for it runs in my family history. Had this happen once before but was a month ago. Anyone eles experience this? Kind of scary.
