According to Sparkles' article, Trump's family has 3 trusts and all 3 have stake in Sanofi. He has "associates" with shares in the company, too.
The Times reported that one of Sanofi's largest shareholders is Fisher Asset Management, a fund set up by political donor Ken Fisher, who has a history of donations to the GOP and contributed to Trump's 2016 campaign, according to NBC.
His shares would be worth about $775 million.
Also from the article:
President Donald Trump has repeatedly endorsed chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine as experimental treatments to fight COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus, starting around March 21. Since then, Sanofi's share price has risen around 16%, from $78.67 at market close on March 20 to $91.12 at time of publication on April 7. So this GOP contributor has already made $12.4 million, just from Trump's endorsement.

You do notice that Sanofi makes "Plaquinil" don't you? Our president has never referred to this medication by the brand name; just the generic hydroxycholoroquine. The generic is made by many companies all over the world. And yes, it is no longer available to those of us who take it daily for auto-immune disorders. It is being directed to the COVID pandemic. I can no longer refill my prescription as there is a shortage. It is probably stowed away by some doctors who could prescribe it; and stored in the closet with all the toilet paper, and hand sanitizer!

CIA Memo Warns Staff Against Trump's Malaria DrugApril 14, 2020 The Washington Post reports: The CIA has privately advised its workforce that taking an anti-malarial drug touted by President Trump and some of his supporters as a promising treatment for the novel coronavirus has potentially dangerous side effects, including sudden death. The warning, featured on a website for CIA employees with questions related to the spread of covid-19, came in late March after public discussion - and promotion by the president - that hydroxychloroquine might prove effective against the disease.
"At this point, the drug is not recommended to be used by patients except by medical professionals prescribing it as part of ongoing investigational studies. There are potentially significant side effects, including sudden cardiac death, associated with hydroxychloroquine and its individual use in patients need to be carefully selected and monitored by a health care professional," the answer said, before adding in bold type: "Please do not obtain this medication on your own."
