What if the Japanese fellow flies a WW2 era flag of Japan, you still OK with him expressing his 1st Amendment rights but not the Southern folks, I think that's called a hypocrite.

You should not be able to fly the flag of a group that committed treason against the USA. As I said, any symbols of the confederacy should have been banned during reconstruction. Statues should havenever been erected years after the war. I mean crap, do you knowhow many states that weren't even states during the Civil War have confederate monuments?
