OK, first, the lie. Obama didn't GIVE 150 billion to Iran. He returned their OWN money, which we have held as part of the sanctions we put on them. The money was ALREADY theirs. Fox News and the other right wing lie factories have been saying he gave our tax payer dollars to them, when he didn't. Fox knows their low info voters NEVER fact check, so, they know they can say anything and get by with it.

Now, the second part is simpler, but, listen carefully and learn.
