On Wayne's FB he has pictures of two different little girls approximate ages of about 6 & 9 years old in the backseat of their car. One pic was posted in January and the child is wearing shorts and a jacket.

I don't know who would be crazy enough to leave children in these people's care.

Wayne's FB page is listed under his dad's name, Arlie.

It baffles me that checks are just cut and given to people who clearly do not have the life skills (for whatever reason) to take responsibility for themselves. If the government seems them too mentally deficient to hold down even a menial job, why would they be responsible with their money? There has got to be someone to oversee the money at the very least.

Lee I think the whole bunch needs to be put away in a mental facility for their (and all the pets they have abused and any future pets they get that will be abused) own good

BYT I agree with you. Something really needs to be done about the situation.

If they aren't able to take care of themselves then they should be PUT somewhere so that they can be looked after. Somewhere so that they are no longer a danger to themselves or anyone or anything else

And I sincerely hope that winds and her hubby can't have kids

I'll bet Jana & Wayne are getting paid for "in-home care" for the mother (MIL). I know someone whose mother was ill and she got paid for in-home care for her mother. What about it Jana...you & Wayne getting paid for the so-called care of your MIL?

Hope the electric company sends out an employee for the disconnect. The guy cuts the seal off the meter hub and flips the meter hub upside down and then places a seal onto the hub.If you get caught like some folks stealing electric power they pull the meter hub out and place a cover over the hub and seals it. The kicker here when this is done is $1500.00 to turn power back on.

all the more reason why she needs to be banned from this site and from seeing the classifieds. the law needs to stop her from animals too.

There's plenty of FREE dogs in the classifieds section and always are. She could be getting them off here...let's just hope she isn't stealing them.

Jana, are you taking advantage of the extra day you have with your power and out trying to find work to do to earn the other $50 you need or are you just sitting there not worrying about it.

I want to know where she's getting these dogs from? Answer up Jana where are you getting the dogs? Are you stealing them?

Yes bubble,
She borrowed the money, it wasn't enough. They came several hours later to turn it off, power man decided not to and left. He said someone else would come tomorrow and turn it off because he didn't.

They turn the power off at the power meter on the side of the house.

I don't know this family but reading all of this sort of got my curiosity up. Her FB page isn't private & anyone can go & look. She told a friend on FB that her MIL borrowed $200.00 to pay the light bill with but on here she said the Duke Power man felt sorry for her & didn't cut off the power when he came out. That's all I need to know.

If one is saying....remotely....they can't just sit in their vehicles and zap someones power off (via the duke power consultant I just spoke to said)......however, they can remove the box at your home or cut the power from the pole.

I agree BYT!! I hope they turn it off remotely, I can't imagine having to tell someone I am there to cut off their electricity! You are right Duke won't lose a penny, we'll have to pick up the tab as usual...

Do they turn it off at the house? I figured that was done remotely. Dang, I'd hate to be the one ringing doorbells, letting people know I was there to turn off the power! Sounds dangerous.

Hope I think it is done remotely.

What I'm thinking is that they owed several months' bills, and Duke is tired of giving them free power. We know, of course, if Duke has to eat anyone's bill, then Duke will just apply for another rate increase to make up for those that haven't paid their bills.

Lee I think the whole bunch needs to be put away in a mental facility for their (and all the pets they have abused and any future pets they get that will be abused) own good. Of course it would be at the state's expense and we would still be paying their way, but at least they couldn't get any more pets that way. I can't get on facebook anymore because I cancelled my account, but I'm almost tempted to rejoin just to see the pics of their house!

BYT, She put on Facebook not long ago that her husband kicked one of the dogs across the room because he was mad her (jana) and he took it out on that dog because she loved that dog. If I am not mistaken it's the dog she had put down a while back.

Duke power workers do not have that kind of authority... If so every sucker with a sad story would still have power. I'm sure IF you told him a sob story. You left out all the ways you blew money that was afforded you the means to pay your dang bills !!!!
