The food is good and the price is fair but the service is very slow. Even if you are the only people there. Personally I'd like to see them make it but they don't seem to understand the restaurant business.

Yes they do take out, price is high unless they changed them, food is bad mostly they baked. Last take out I did from there, I called and said be 15-20 so after that I still had wait inside good 30-40 mins. or longer. If there was a grade for this place, I give a BIG F!!
They may do better if in different location, try pull out from this place.
Coffee House do better than them in 45 minutes.

One of the more consistent signs of a local business getting ready to close for good - they keep changing their hours, randomly closing during the week.
On that note, I have no idea how the place at the top of 2nd street stays open - they change their hours about once per month it seems on their sign. But they carry on - so this indicator isn't 100% accurate, but still a good one.

We (my family ) used to go every week or so but they keep closing for long stretches of time. We just decided to go elsewhere.
