The Journal Patriot had the child's obituary in it today ( Friday) and it saids that Memorials may be made to Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes, 55 Boone Trail, NW NC to help with funeral expenses.

The school was taking money up for her, her other kids I refuses to give money to her , so she can get drunk again , kill her other kid no way .. I can see giving money to the funeral home to pay for the expenses but not to her !! SHE killed her child , this could of been prevented ......

Not taking up for her, but, it is possible to be under the influence of prescribed meds, even while taking them properly. Remember all those warnings that come with some pretty routine meds, like cold/sinus/allergy meds and many other types of drugs that warn the patient about driving, using equipment, etc. while taking the stuff. It would be pretty easy to have been taking it long enough to have a good amount in your system, believe that you are 100% coherent, but find out the hard way, you were not.

Also, someone said the mother didn't have pics of her children on her Facebook page. Well, a lot of parents don't because they do not want to take a chance on perverts looking at their kids there.

I think it's best to know the truth/facts before forming an opinion. JMO

Always100% are you drunk now? Seriously you think everyone drives drunk or rides with someone who is drunk? Not everyone is as stupid as you are! If that so called mother loved her children she would have never got behind the wheel of that car and drove that evening. Yes it's sad that the child paid for mothers poor choices. It was that mothers choice to drive under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, and for that she should be charged. From what you just posted it seems you think it's ok, yes kids do killed everyday in ways they shouldn't, and in most cases the murderer is charged. And now this woman is now a murderer, having murdered her child with that car, and should be charged.
