pork chops?

We love marinated grilled pork chops. I put 4-6 boneless pork chops in a large ziplock bag. Add 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup worchestershire sauce, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2-3 tablespoons (more or less) minced garlic, and a dash (or more) of cayenne pepper to the bag. Shake bag gently until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or longer, gently turning the bag several times to marinate evenly. Grill until done. Pour marinade over pork chops occasionally as they are grilling. (We use a gas grill)

PS.....You could try tenderizing them first with a meat mallet before putting in bag.

well you could let them stay in the refrigerator in a sealed container in salt pepper buter melted an you can mix ranch and italian dressing and after about 3 hours grill up pretty good

What I ended up doing is having my husband sear the chops on both sides after he salted and peppered them. He also put some other seasoning on them but he wouldn't tell me what it was. Then I put the chops into a baking dish with a lid and baked them for one hour at 325. They were so tender we just pulled them apart with a fork. We didn't have to use a knife to cut them up at all. They were awesome!! I'm going to try the crock pot technique next time. Thanks for the advice!!

The key to tender porkchops is cooking them slow and covering them. If cooking them in the oven, cover with aluminum foil or on the stove cover with a lid. That is the best advice I can give you on making them tender. I'd say the crock pot suggestion would be the easiest way to ensure they will be tender.

put in a crock pot with mushroom soup and cook overnight or all day --they will be so tinder they will fall apart when you try to pick them up

I have some boneless pork chops that are over an inch thick. I want them to be tender when I prepare them. A friend sugested searing them on both sides, salting and peppering them, adding a little rosemary and baking them in a baking bag until done. That sounds good but are there any other ways to prepare these pork chops so they are tender? Thanks in advance.
