OH LORD!!! I will NEVER fix burgers any other way from now on! THANK YOU for the recipe! But I think I;ll cut back some on the ketchup and add more onion and horseradish next time and will substitute A-1 for the Worcestershire sauce

Love Devil Burgers and make them often for my family. My mom worked at BoJo and I think she created this recipe.

Devil Burgers
2 lb ground chuck
1 onion chopped
1 Tbs mustard
1 Tbl worstershire sauce
2 Tbs perpared horseradish
1 small bottle texas pete hot sauce
1/2 cup ketchup

Mix all ingredients together and store tightly covered in ref. until ready to cook. Spoon enough meat for each desired burger in a skillet and fry until done. Serve on bun with cold slaw and more chopped onion if desired.

Horseradish Burgers With Havarti Cheese Recipe @ CDKitchen.com :: it's what's cooking online!

Try this basic recipe and then play with adding a few drops of hot sauce to your taste and I think it's very close to what I remember them to have been..
