Well A lot has to do with what you consider good!!! Not many people left that kwows what a good biscuit taste like. As ole Moving 101 said It starts with buttermilk. Then you need water, flour and lard. As most of you dont have access to hog renderings, use a good shortning. It will take more than one pan to git um right!!!

ALWAYS use buttermilk and solid Crisco.

If'ns ye are in a rush and don't have time for the work and mess...use Mary B's frozen biscuits. I swear they are good.

I tried an interesting biscuit recipe I found on Pinterest and it was surprisingly good. It sounds weird, but it was really good.
