"I'd kiss them in the month alot quicker than most ppl I on here."
No doubt. Your chances at smooching are probably exponentially increased with the K-9 population. Personally, I think that it is weird and gross to go around trading kisses with a dog/cat, but to each his/her own.

And the circumstances by which these pet owners were given unwanted litters because other people couldn't keep their pets at home. What you should do is take a pet in if you can but don't judge what one persons circumstances are compaired to your own.

"And what if a person can't spare 25-30 dollars ."
Then they can't spare enough to take on the responsibility of owning such a pet.
"Again people need a No Kill animal shelter so we can reduce strays and unwanted animals." Such a shelter would have a minimal long-term effect.
"if you are having a good day or bad and when I cry mine lick the tears from my face.....priceless." Your pets aren't non-judgmental; they just have a sodium deficiency. I kid. I was with you up until the part about your pets drinking from your tear-buckets. It seems kinda' nasty that you'd let your pet sit around licking you on the face as you weep. I know that it is typical for a dog to try to lick someone's face. It just doesn't seem natural to allow it to happen, much less celebrating the activity as a bonus of pet ownership. That's kinda' creepy. It's natural for a dog to try to hump a person's leg too, but that doesn't mean that it's normal to let the dog finish.

.....but if you think the purchase of a dog and spaying is high....what about vaccines and decent food.....the last time I took my lil Pippa to the vet it was 212.00....but I vaccinate her for everythingggg. The inital price of an animal is a drop in the bucket compared to taking good care of them from puppy-hood to a seasoned dog/cat...and the responsibility is great....but to me it is all worth it for they judge you not if you are having a good day or bad and when I cry mine lick the tears from my face.....priceless.

And what if a person can't spare 25-30 dollars . I am looking for homes for kittens that came from the result of discarded thrown away mother cat. I refuse to take kittens to Wilkes COUNTRY animal control to be killed. Again people need a No Kill animal shelter so we can reduce strays and unwanted animals.

Tuesday nights at the library they can sign up for a voucher that will be low cost spay and neuter at the local veternarian of their choice. I'm not positive of the rate, but it's somewhere in the 25.00 to 30.00 range.

The vet prices aren't the issue there is the low cost spay neuter program through the Humane Society. .

Very sad. Vet fees have gotten so outrageous many people can't afford to have their pets fixed.
